CRM - Tool and Vendor selection

I was hired by a global financial services company to finish the concept of a global CRM Solution. European subsidiaries have already had gathered their high level requirements. The challenge was to create a common group solution and select a suitable vendor that would be ready to set up a shared service.

Finding the common denominator in terms of functional requirements was an exciting challenge, but even more thrilling was the alignment of non-functional a technical requirements.
